A lot of BI tools provide embedded trend line on its application such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Python, etc. But, how if the data analyst has a limitation on using tools from big data. For example, if the data analyst is using Metabase or Redash. Since the tools are using SQL as the main language to show visualization, those tools not provided a trend line option(in my case is for the older version, no clue if it now provided or not). We only have the option to create it by ourselves. The question is how?
